General Practice, including civil and commercial litigation, family and matrimonial, eminent domain, collections, bankruptcy, personal injury, real estate development and land use, condominium and community association workers compensation, tax abatement, landlord/tenant, environmental, and construction law.

Litigation experience includes briefing and arguing before the New Hampshire Supreme Court (numerous cases involving municipal property taxes, labor relations, environmental, land use planning, contract, fraud, landlord/tenant, and neglect and abuse of children), trials, jury and nonjury, in all New Hampshire State and Federal Courts, trials in Massachusetts Superior, District, and Probate Courts, and proceedings before the following New Hampshire state agencies: Board of Tax and Land Appeals, Public Utilities Commission, Human Rights Commission, Public Employee Labor Relations Board, State Board of Education, Wetlands Board, Department of Labor, Department of Motor Vehicles, and State Liquor Commission.
